Rode 10,000(4) feet of climbing today, road a new XC below Indian arm, then pretty much hit every singletrack I know on the north shore.Excutioner to the right and down a buffed Dream Weaver.Instead of going left, head right on buffed singletrack.
Then over to Stupid Grouse on Cypress, then back up to Pipeline with Tim at Steed and Colin at Different Bikes at racepace after hour 7.Much pain.Good warm up for the race.
